They have ALL advanced order types and even more or different ones from IB, I find. They don't have API as they only have a scripting facility that allows you auto trading and indicators directly without having to connect to the platform and in easy high-level languages but with limited programming features.
They have the same "smart" routing features similar to what IB has. I am not sure about order flow selling. As far as I know, all brokerages do it. Anybody who knows more about this is welcome to elaborate more on this.
