Stock screeners are there good free ones?

I'm trying to find a stock screener that will screen all combinations and time frames of the various indicators.

ie.
A stock that has the stochstic RSI below 20 and declining on the 15minute +5m +3m +1m
MACD below -0.03 on 15minute + 5m + 3m + 1m
CCI below -150 on 15minute + 5m +3m +1m
RSI below 40 on 15 minute +5m +3m +1m


Tradingview only offers free daily time frames as far as I know.

Are there any free screeners which would fit my needs? Or are the only good ones require payment?

And what screeners do you guys use?

You can open a demo account with Interactive Brokers and use their screener.
