Stock screener that looks for stocks trading around premarkt high/low

I am looking for an screener (one that refreshes every few minutes or so, manual refreshing is acceptable if no automatic option available) and shows the stocks currently trading X% or X$ away from a pre-market low or high.

Seems like this a feature that isn't supported by many screeners so if you know one out there it would be a massive help!

I am not just looking for risers and fallers, any screener can do that.

I am looking for a screener that only shows stocks that are trading (less than) X% or X$ from the pre-market high or low, not from previous day close, not from the open.

A screener that would show me stocks that just traded at pre market high or low would also work.

Thanks, looks like this one has the functions i am looking for, however price is more than i was willing to spend.

I have also found https://www.mometic.com/MOMOweb-desktop.html

I asked and they confirmed they also have the feature i am looking for so i am going to test them next week.
