Actually I am a technician first (I love TA), but I never (ever) trade against the fundamentals. I pick my companies fundamentally and trade them technically. Trading is an odds based business and I want all the odds possible on my side of the fence. Fundamentals was a missing link for so long before becoming a full-time trader.

Just some thoughts.

TC 2000 has a 30-day trial.
MSN Money has a screener that has a lot of what you describe.
Both have a lot of fundamental data.
