Stock Price calculation???

For some reason I can't remember this calculation to see what stock price should be valued. Do any of you know what this quick calculation is?

using the P/S, EPS for the year, and rev and I can't remember if use shares outstanding

something like

rev * eps / p/s

I think its rev * p/s(industry average can be used) divided by shares outstanding does that sound right?

If your calculation differs from the last traded price of the stock, then your calculation is wrong.
