This kind of smart ass answers , isn't helpful and Baron shouldn't if he wants ET to grow.
Generally stock trading is easier as you have more research available to you, and many stocks out there which you can decide worth trading or investing and every country has stock market.
Some don't like when you give a realistic rational reply. I get it all the time.
Anyway what it really comes down to it, its personal which might be better.
Is there an appropriate answer for such such a question ? (reminds me of BS Telegram groups....)
Do you prefer crypto or e-mini ? Do you prefer day-trading or investing? Long or short ?
Anyway how many people have an edge for forex and stocks?

Develop a thicker skin - mkt not gonna give two shits about your feelings - simply the nature of this business
as for which one to chose
which one fits your personality and time schedule the best
which one fits your ability to fund an account best
which one fits your risk tolerance the best
which one fits your eye the best
the tools you have at your disposal - which one best fits those
your volatility appetitive - which one fits that the best
trading is only about extracting money from others - which would provide you the best opportunity to accomplish that
these are all answers you need to address - our opinions don't make a shit
