None of the numeric values you're posting mean anything to anyone, and if you were specific, it would be more obvious what the point of these ratings are.
They are completely meaningless, and maybe I don't want to read this thread to find the one or two sentences that's not in the op where such an explanation would have been required if you expected anyone to understand what you're trying to do here.
It is rather odd.
