Stock market performance on last shut downs?

Gut tells me the market would under perform but this week didn't exactly point one way or another. This article appears to hint that the market is marginally affected. Any need to freak out?

I like how the "Source" shows a shutdown in 2017, 12 days after the report was published. Odd. Maybe they could give us some leading indicators? :)

Also, what shutdown in 2017? I do not recall that?

As for freaking out? Well, it's a 50-50 toss up according the list, isn't it. Take your pick.
