Stock evaluation please

I don't know if this kind of thing has been outlawed here, can't say as I've seen any. But, I would like to hear from you experienced traders your opinions on these two penny stocks. I'm not in them, but I have a buddy who is being told they're "really gonna take off" in Sep/Oct. Since I'm a newb at any analysis, I ask here. I realize analysis is a lot of work, so anything you can offer on these two, at first glance, would be welcomed.

Edit: my buddy is in for many thousands of dollars atm.
 
I recommend you to leave those stocks to your buddy !!!. You might get some money in short term on those stocks but they are more like gambling. You will lose sooner or later. Invest or trade on some solid stocks. Filter out stocks less than $5 and low volume. Don't even think of constant profit more that 50% a year.

It must be a good buddy when he recommended you those stocks. (LOL)

Please don't take this as a final decision, this is only my opinion, but I would leave them also!

Just thought a nice little analogy would fit in here:

Tips are like arseholes- everybody has got one

Go down the casino or buy your wife some flowers instead.
 
these two stocks are dead. unless your buddy knows deep inside information/secret that's going to boost these stocks w/ a mindblowing announcement in the fall, i wouldnt touch these w/ a ten foot pole.
