Is there a good company that someone can recommend for 1 minute interval option chain data (and stock data) for the last 36 months for the top 200 tickers (By volume)? I've spoken to Quote Media before, but looking for other options (maybe free.... or free for developers? haha - I spoke to a company 2 years that provided it free for companies that were developing software for testing, etc..) - plus obviously live feed.

Just a tip: if you intend to keep the options till expiration then volume and IV don't matter.
Ie. then you can include also illiquid titles (ie. low volume titles).
