Stimulus ---> Organism ---> Response

I liked the overall message, but I wished he would have used the word body instead of organism.

I think he prefers "organism" because SOR refers to a a principle of generic biological response not limited to people and exercise, but is applicable.

What, you don't like to think of yourself as an organism? :D
