Still no market data on Fut/ Opts

I Still have no market data on my futures options.

Contacted customer service and was told the option I was OWNED IN MY ACCOUNT didn't exist.

A truly terrifying experience trading with IB.

I know. I looked to see how the calls are doing and it's all blank. If only ToS has options on futures, I'd be with them .

I guess you get what you pay for.

You save commissions for a few years and then it gets blown up in a couple of days by bad technology.

Apparently p/ IB. the market makers at the CBOT have discretion whether or not they want to post bids and asks.

I never knew a market maker had a choice, I always believed it was their job to make a two sided market.

Yep, Last price is stuck, but the bid ask is moving and the unrealized is updating...

I despise this error, but my quick workaround was to get charting off the ask. Till they get this mess fixed... This is the 2nd day in the row with Beans and Corn. YM is fine, NYBOT is fine.... All my Forex, and stock quotes are fine. just beans and corn...
