Most of the crime and poor education in the Red states is located in the heavily Democratic and minority parts of the states.

Here in Chicago, highest per capita murder rate in the country. yet if you remove 6 Chicago neighborhoods from the numbers we are one of the safest cities.

Once a city is encrusted in democratic leaders is only a matter of time before they bust the bank and are left with crime and poverty
