You asked a very good question. And this is no disrespect or hate to Tim Skyes or anyone else selling trading education/course etc. It is legal!
The reasons are because:
1. It makes perfect business sense to Sell trading education, rather than deal with the day to day pressure/stress/anxiety/risk/money-management/time-management/making-money-to-pay bills/focus/attention/losses of actually trading. Bills are due on the 1st of every month.
2. Think about it. There is no pressure to speak on trading on a youtube video. Any ET member can do it if you have the right Internet Marketer on your team.
3. It is easy money and it is legal. Anyone can sell want they want as long as they say "pass results is not indicative of future results" This cover your ass, if a customer losing money in a year.
4. 1 Million Dollars. We all want and need 1 Million Dollars eventually. If I charge $2000 for my course, all I need 500 sales(*) to make $1,000,000 profit.
*Sales, forget the customers.
Does it make clear sense now?
This trading business is the most easiest money to make money, if you know how to Sell.
