Without a $20 Million sign on, I wouldn´t even stand up from my very cozy chair. 2 years ago, I got a call from a headhunter representing Virtu´s HFT desk. After expressing my sign on bonus demand, he was shocked to learn it was more than the whole desk gets as a yearly fixed salary! LMAO! ROFL!

BTW: Stevie was also "shocked" when he learned about what Citadel was offering to his former "buddies"....

Interesting+ never though of that as way to manage risk LOL. I today noticed Mr Ken Griffith [video]likes the word Economic [ Financial ] Freedom more than Capitalism.
