Hi Wayne,
Thanks for the recommendation. I'll have a look at your suggestion. My only concern is that it has 1706 pages! I'm not sure if there is a version where some one has cut all the fluff out. Maybe a business opportunity for some entrepreneurial person to create a trade journal and sell it for $15?
