Sterling trader pro

Hi folks, is anyone having issues with stuck arca book quotes in level 2 on sterling trader pro, been bad for a few weeks and Sterling keeps making excuses, I really hate to go back to TWS, but cant take much more of it?

Am I alone?

Im using sterling trader pro, but was on tws at IB, but couldnt take that platform, its java based and I found it really buggy.
Im using sterling trader pro at the moment but the issue with stuck arca book quotes is becoming a real problem for me now, but I dont want to go back to IB and tws.

Ive been in contact with sterling but they keep making excuse and it hasnt improved.

Just wondering is anyone else having troubles with Sterling trader?
 
Yes we do have problem with stuck arca quotes. Was better in last weeks.
But from 3-4 days, again a lot of stuck arca quotes... which sometimes makes it really hard to trade.

Are you using IB too?
 
I meant Interactive Brokers. If you are both having problems with TWS/Sterling, I think the issue might be with TWS. I have not heard of this issue with equity traders using Sterling with another broker.
