Sterling Pro DDE

Hello there, I just downloaded the Sterling Pro and tried to use its DDE.

When I tried to use the DDE on excel, it is saying that it cannot connect to the DDE server and asking me to make sure that the DDE server is enabled. When I go to the main menu bar of Sterling -->Windows -->Utilities, the DDE Server is greyed out.

What can i do?

I'm pretty sure your account has to be enabled for DDE.

when you ran the install did it ask you about installing .NET version 1.1?

Usually .NET is backwards compatable but in this case you must install the specific .NET 1.1 before the install. Install 1.1 then reinstall Sterling with DDE selected in the advanced options.
