I know what Trump is. He's a hustler on the car lot hoping we won't look too closely under the hood. I also know what Hillary is. Criminally corrupt, self entitled and totally incompetent. Not much of a choice, but there it is. At this point many people are saying, what the hell, lets take the shiny car for a spin.
I believe that's more wishful thinking by the Right than fact. She is probably one of the most investigated politicians in modern history, most of the scrutiny of which has been demonstrably politically motivated. Trump's dainty sensibilities would have wilted under such scrutiny. But his time will now come.
No one is arguing that Hillary Clinton is perfect. But she's the best of the lot.
Hawking's statement brought to mind William F. Buckley's famous observation that he would prefer to be governed by the first 100 names in the Boston phone directory than the Harvard faculty.

I don't see any problem with that. His son (Jonathan) fathered a bastard child. WFB didn't leave the bastard any money. He left it to his son and 2 legitimate grandchildren. Jonathan is free to give all the support he wants to HIS bastard.
