step away from the "chop!"...

Have resisted the urge to overtrade and turn a very nice morning into a break-even (or worse) day. Spoos doing the chop-chop in a bad way.

Will look for a "melt-up" or "melt-down" into the close.

Lack of "melt-up" yesterday btwn 3:45 and 4:00 makes me skeptical of a decent short cover rally today -- but we'll see.

Today was an easy day to scalp like crazy

Was just too chicken shit to do it!!

Was a great day for 30 sec trades. My stocks were moving quarters every other minute.

Well, I was not trading today because my systems gave no signals, but nevertheless I was papertrading my newest brainchild, a new mechanical trading system that I will probably brag more about in due time because it does seem to work great. So today it took only 3 trades and scored 6, -2.25, and 5 ES pts. It could have been worse...

Actually, after an over 30 pt daily range in ES yesterday, I am not surprised that today we got what we got.
