Stellar Trading Systems Software Question

Does anyone have any information about Stellar Trading Systems software?

I am wondering how it is for speed? Better than TT? Better than Ecco?

Does anyone have information on how reliable it is?

How is the tech support?

How easy is setup and maintenance?

I saw that it was/used-to-be owned by a prop firm, is this still the case?

Is it expensive?

i hear good things about pats auto spreader called pro mark something.
 
I had on trial for a month and couldn't wait to switch back to TT.

Speedwise it's OK,just OK,TT feels like lightning compared,never used Ecco.

Reliability was average,totally broke down over a Fed rate announcement,Hi's and Lo's were often never there also.

Tech support were OK but not 24 hrs or even till 9.00pm

Set up was easy

Not sure who owns it

Cheaper than TT plus you get all the exchanges but for what it cost in missed trades/slippage it was actually expensive.

Plus P+L issues where it calculated the P+L NOT on the last traded price.

Overall OK,not awful but nowhere near TT - you get what you pay for.
 
I was using both TT (6 months) and Stellar (next 6 months). I can say I wouldn't like to switch back to TT. I think IT guys can make it as fast as TT. Anyway in my prop firm they did it. If it's about layout you can make it almost the same.
