Stellantis (STLA) as an investment

Mercedes just drove an ev from Stuggart in Germany to Silverstone F1 circuit in U.K. 700 miles without charging. Very low drag and very complex parts 3d printed to get the weight down.

Yes, that's still a prototype since it isn't mass produced as is. There are also specialized vehicles that can reach the 1000 miles but, again, nothing mass produced for the general public

At this time most EVs manage 350 or so with a few closer to 500 miles, which is half of what was stated above. I don't event think EV manufacturers are looking to reach 1000 miles, preferring instead to focus on cutting down recharge time to 80% in 5 or so minutes.

You could simply just purchase Apple shares, which is diversified into their own EV machine, and many other gimmicks to hit the markets. Some will flop, but there is likely to be some good hitters due to their monopolistic ecosystem.

That said, with Apple already having gone through a huge run-up, and the fact that Dr. Burry is shorting Apple, is worrisome. It's generally not wise to bet against Burry. Though he has a habit of shorting TOO SOON. So those who are planing for long-time investing in Apple may wish to tread carefully...particularly as the recession worsens.

Yeah, what happened to the Apple Car?
Still developing in total secrecy in a totally sealed garage? :)

They previewed at wwdc an operating system for cars so you do not have to plug in or have a wireless phone requirement. Google have beaten them to market as there is is in Renault megane ev and Polestar Ev already available with their os and no plug in or wireless phone required.
