Staying Long anyone?

i think they get short every day thinking its going to break and when it doesnt they scramble to cover on the close pushing the futures over cash sprd up,

Well, I am still long in equites, and mainly long in ES, but I will not hold overnight in ES. It's been working, and I will continue until it no longer works. I think the market has plenty of upside left before a major correction, but needless to say I have kept my stops closer than normal. You can feel and see the fear in the futures market which probably insures more upside.
 
Very limited fear imo and not much of it today. Looked like EOD short covering to me too. I am long ES here. Need to see some real selling vol come in to market, not just absence of buyers which is what Friday and today looked like. If buying comes back in tomorrow up we go again.
 
wasnt a bad day, could have been alot worse. As weak as this market looks the past 2 days im not ruling out new highs anytime soon. We have seen the markets take a dip only to move to fresh highs days later.
