Stats on Prop Firms

So basically after reading these board I've come to the conclusion that the (3) biggest and probably best firms to join are

Bright
Echo
Assent

I have (3) ?s.

For each of the following firms do you know..
1) what you pay per share, if you do ~1,000,000 shares / mo.?
2) interest rate on EOD cash balances
3) other fees

and which anything you'd be able to suggest to me regarding which is the best firm to join
