I'll stick with the US for now. Let's start here. Let me ask you two simple questions:

Suppose that Whites and Blacks commit crimes at the same rate.
Suppose that Whites 'get away' with crimes at a greater rate, because they are suspect less.

1. Wouldn't that mean that Blacks are caught at a greater rate than Whites?

2. And couldn't that capture statistic cause people like you to conclude that Blacks commit crimes at a greater rate than Whites?

While I await your response, I just wanted to let you know that there are additional factors at play (overturned conviction rate of Blacks vs Whites, etc.) that I'll use to further debunk your argument. But I want to take this slow and steady, one step at a time, here a little, there a little.
 
African American have the least amount of respect for their own kind of any other genetic group.

Most African American on African American crime of any other genetic group

Most abortions of any other genetic group.

Most out of wed lock marriages of any other genetic group.

Something maybe matters to someone but we are not sure what it is.
