It is one thing I agree with on that side of the line.

If you are not a citizen, you do not have voting rights. Plain and fucking simple. If you are not legally obliged to pay taxes based on your citizenship, you have no voting rights.

Imagine if any of us went to some other country on a visa, and was NOT a citizen of that country, and demanded the right to vote in their elections. We'd be laughed across their border.
 
Considering the census determines the number of representatives in Congress. Illegals (foreigners) should not be included. No ifs or buts about it. They should have not say on how many Congressmen and Senators should get in US states.
