I have to agree he is doing much better than I thought he would.
He must have been coached to stay on topic with the talking points & not stray, and rehearsed it several times.
The points he is making it is hard to disagree with.
Whether you believe he will deliver on this proposals is another subject but he clearly is setting his agenda.
