Starting Trades with IB

Hi,

I am new to trading. I am wondering whether the following scheme is feasible using Interactive Brokers.

1. Place market-on-open orders (long/short basket ETF).
2. Exit all positions with market-on-close orders.

Is there particular time windows where MOO or MOC orders can be placed? Can I place MOO orders on the previous day after market close?
