I wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the software forum, but it seems as if a number of Newbies are posting here.
I posed a question about which software I should start out with and based on what I need I purchased Wealth-Lab. I am a programmer so the language isn't bad and the backtesting is great.
However, I was wondering if it is necessary to also use a separate package (whether free or pay) for charting.
I am using Quote.com for data both intraday and EOD and was wondering if that charting package is worthwhile.
Any help is gratefully appreciated.
