starting a small firm need brokerage advice

i have about a million is capital and looking for some suggestions when it comes to brokers. Im not an active trader I'm pretty much a value trader with a little acquisition arbitrage thrown in. I've used interactive brokers in the past but dont feel i need all the features interactive has. its seems to be a bit of over kill. all i really need is decent execution and the ability to tender shares. i plan to have 2 accounts, one with leverage and one with out.

i also need to to easily move money in and out of the account. interactive seemed a little cumbersome when it came to adding or removing money.

any ideas on structure and brokerages would be greatly appreciated..
 
If the cost of money movement operations take a bigger toll on your account than execution+clearing expenses, look at Vanguard Brokerage Services with its free domestic wire distributions.
