Initial capital with no licenses....$5000
Monthly capital fee....none
Holding period of initial capital....none
Leverage...4 to 1 initial capital
Monthly software fee...$39...waived if 100,000 shares
Availability of money by wire...twice per month...
Accepts foreign clients...
Minimum ticket fee $1.50...
 
i confirm this rate as the best i have seen . I have been researching for months and nothing comes close. so if you find a better deal please post or pm me.

Looks like a PointDirex deal....
They offer higher leverage with initial deposit 10K (I believe it's 10:1)

High probability a profitable trader could do better than that,especially at home.

First starting out,smaller the better;
losses are less and few if any start profitable.
