If you prefer to stay with futures you may consider CTA or CPO. You may operate from outside the US being registered with NFA at the same time.

Why not start with a financial advisor account, you can master some client accounts and start building a trackrecord.

dude, i never heard of a strategy that works the same for stocks, futures and forex.....are you sure you are not speaking hypothetically?
