Starting a company in the US

I've been trading at a bulge bracket investment bank in London for four years after graduating, but I'm tired of London and want to move to the US. I want to start a small fund/trading business..

Does anyone know what the requirements for this would be or any small law firm that would be able to help me?

Any info/advice welcome
 
Interesting. I just wanted to say that I am in EXACTLY the same situation as you are, except that the localities are reversed, I am sick of NYC and want to move to London.:D
