start and end days for bull/bear markets

Hi,

Would anyone happen to nkow where I can find specific days where bulls/bear markets began started for the last 10-15 years.

I know approximately when bear and bull markets have occured,

bull 1990s up to about 2001
bear 2001-2003
bull 2003-2007
bear 2007 to now

any suggestions on more exact dates?
