So TraderSV these hedgefunds for sale why did the people who made them abandon
I owned them from the start. But don't have the money to trade and build a track record that is required to raise money from investors. Any profitable trader trading a decent amount of capital can build a track record with a set strategy and raise millions from investors.

"All the tax returns like the Form 5472 are filed. And from 1st January 2018 the LLC made an election with the IRS to be taxed as C-Corp to simplify the owner's tax return(me)."

So you own the entities, and are in total control of the hedge fund?

Smells odd. Your own private Idaho for the small fee of $30,000? Unless I am missing something.

Yes Right now I want to raise funds to study finance at a college.

Whatever happened to personal choices.
Selling an actual product/service. Not begging

This is true. As I step back and wonder why I am feeling the need to hack on you...I have no legitimate and reasonable reason to do this, and no answer for it. I apologize, sir/ma'am.

Hey I'm really sorry dude. I am not a bad guy. It's just that people think that it's an online forum they can say anything. There is real person behind every profile. Sorry Sir/Mam.

I’m very confused. You offer a hf trading entity for 30k and sold it for 20k. You built a second entity and are now trying to sell that for 30k (despite last sale being 20k and there being no real decline in supply).

You say that you started these entities to trade out of despite having no money and now you are trying to raise funds for college.

There are student loans for college. Why would you spend money creating entities in the first place?

You answered your own questions.
