Squawk service - audio listened to by more than one trader

How do services like RANSquawk detect that the audio stream is listened to by more than one subscriber?
They charge per each user but how can they possibly say no one else is listening to the same audio stream?

How do the squawk service companies make any profit then? Surely everyone is doing just that, i.e. sharing the audio feed among traders in the same room

Cost them next to nothing to talk trash. What's the overhead?

By the time they read it off the newswires, announce it to you, and you type it on your screen the algos will have the stock halted limit up or down.
News trading off the major services ended years ago.
