Squat Bar Indicator

I was just wondering does anybody have the Trade Station formula to Bernie Mitchell's Squat Bar Indicator?

If so could you post it?

Does anybody use this indicator and if so have you found it pretty reliable?

I've seen this for Metastock:

{This formula is an example of the Bill Williams' Squat Bar using Variables}

MarketFacilition:=(H-L)/V;
IncreasingVolume:=V > Ref(V,-1);

MarketFacilition < Ref(MarketFacilition,-1) AND
IncreasingVolume
