they also looked very familiar to me and your previous discussion helped me to ID the proper pt 3 today. I really blew the similar scenario yesterday AM.
thanks, Rick

EDIT: Oh, I was thinking something else, I assume now you were referencing the pt3 discussion from yesterday.

Hi Blowfish,
I am finding it easier and easier to see the point 3 forming real time using only YM, ES price, and PRV. With increased accuracy at identifying them, the P/L problem disappears.:D
good trading to you

BINGO!:D I concentrate on YM, ES and PRV too. I try to improve my skills in identifying FTTs and 123s. I think it's matter of absorbing all this in your subconscious. Slowly but surely things are coming together.
By the way, Spyder is right, every now and then I play silly games and then end up nursing my losses:D
I was very lucky yesterday, I only sim traded. I should really be working towards trading 2 contracts, something I plan to do in the new year.
Good trading to all :D

Reference bi9's chart, it shows 'change'. Now the short is covered.

I gotta watch out, I just 'quoted' myself!

FWIW,
13492 = overnight YM low, attained after the CPI numbers. 1485.50 = overnight ES low attained after the CPI numbers and before the YM overnight low.
