Nice channels ! Beautiful tapes !
This chart has a soul, the others don't.

RT,

Moving across the chart from the left, Bars 6 and 7 appear to form a FTP. If these are being used as a pair of taping bars, shouldn't the right side of the tape be formed by the lows of the bars and the left side by bar 1?

Apologies for the retrogression to an earlier time but I have a question (see attachment) for anyone who might wish to respond. It may well be that Jack, wiley devil that he is, did this intentionally.

TIA

Yeah, it's an error. There are a couple minor things like that in the doc. I have my copy marked up. You have the correction right. - EZ

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I was a little lazy so I didn't code the color of the volume to reflect the directional change of the close, and I didn't color-code the gaussians either.

But other than that, if I'm actually drawing them wrong please let me know.

Thanks!

If you look closely, it's not a FTP. The high of bar 6 is one tick higher than the high of bar 7.

But if it was an FTP, I don't think you can tape across it, because starting the tape with LTL is against the rules. The bar progression is clearly down, which means a new tape needs to start from the high of bar 6.

Thanks EZ. The reason for the question was to consolidate what I thought I understood - not to find fault.
