You use LBDU by 10:30 EST. Avg DU by 11:30 EST is a nice confirmation. You can enter on either. The LBDU entrance just allows you to capture more of the run but will also result in more losing trades.

I'm trying to set up Quotetracker according to the criteria set out at the end of Journal One (by the way SpyderTrader I've read that entire Journal and I must say as a veteran user of Silicon Valley, Ragingbull, Stockhouse, Yahoo boards these past 7 years, your journal tops anything I've seen)
My question is has anyone tried using Interactive Broker's alerts to alert the trigger?
Also, has anyone managed to use IB's data through quotetracker?

Are there any indicators for catching that move in SNCR today? I feel like according to the sytem there is but I just havent brought my trading to that level. The beginner methods would not have provided that signal. Wondering if anyone caught that move and why based on anything in the Hershey system. It was a great move. Any info would help.
