Why dont you use indicators anymore? Are you primarily just trading on where price sits within the channel and using volume for entrys and exits?

If one focuses on Price and Volume in an effort to differentiate between continuation and change, indicators no longer provide the necessary data sets until after the trader has already made their decision as to direction. In other words, when one reaches the advanced stages of this methodology, a trader only needs to monitor the important aspects of it - Price, Volume, Channels and Gaussians. Everything else (at Beginner and Intermediate Levels) has been designed to get 'eyes on a chart' in an effort to teach the learning trader how to 'see' the market.
In such and environment, one need not know how long the next change in direction will last in advance. One only need know how to recognize the next signal for change.

If you haven't reviewed this thread in a while, I recommend doing so. Everything needed to trade these methods exists within that thread. Reading Jack's comments alone should do the trick when combined with your knowledge of Channels and Gaussians.

Anyone here use MBTrading with QCharts and have them integrated together?
If so, did you get a little message box that says the host is not compatible with a certain version?
i dont know if it's just me, but i'm having this problem today and now have to run mbtrading and qcharts separately

Take this for whats its worth. To me it looks like a possible bruno R setup , but a perfect setup would be vol in DU, and slow stoh going through 50. Along with both the FAst and Slow Stoh rising rapidly after having fallen.

Is anyone using Tradestation? I am thinking about switching to tradestation from qcharts..... but was wondering if i'll still be able to use the unusual volume (i think i can code the unusual volume into tradestation's radar screener right?)
my primary concern is will i be able to use tradestation to do the entire market cull like we do in qcharts..... you know.... find stocks that fit the criteria of : volume >200,000, float 5-60, price 10-50, institutional ownership => 25%, insider ownership => 25%....... does tradestation have the insider and institutional ownership function?
