You should find another source for Float numbers. Unfortunately, I do not personally know of a free source that will allow you to download Float data that you can import into Excel (or similar)
If anyone knows of something like this, I am sure this information would be much appreciated by the readers of this journal.

Free Float data and all kinds of other stuff can be found and downloaded to Excel here:

Take the link on the left to Ideas & Screening -> Powerscreener. You'll need to sign up for a freebie account to use Powerscreener, but Reuters has never bugged me at all so don't worry about spam.
You can even create a screener for Hershey stocks here, though you need to be creative with how you determine RS, since its not automatic. Build a CAN SLIM stock screener based on basic values that O'neil talks about and add Jack Hershey's price, float, volume and + earnings restrictions and you'll be pretty close.
