Can you please post your final universe after you have culled the stock that failed to rank.

I'll post this weekend after I clean up my Final Universe.

I'm also only getting one or two signals a week which doesn't jibe with Jack's description of constantly selling and buying 4+ streams every 4-8 days (that would be 4-8 signals/week).

Last night I read the transcription of the June 22 camtasia video that was posted this month. You probably watched the video, but if you haven't looked through the transcription, you might want to. In the transcription Jack added a bunch of examples from October 9th, 2006. Since these were from October they obviously weren't in the June camtasia. He showed 4 streams of money with each stream having a held stock, and 2 back-up stocks. He walks through Qcharts quotesheets and actual buy/sell decisions based on the unusual volume. I have yet to go back and examine where each of the stocks were with respect to indicators at the time, but I think it will be a very instructive process when i do.

As we progress outward to the edges of these moves we often have slower money velocity, but improved gains. This phenomenon results from taking on increased risk. Ss we increase the risk, we see an increased rate of reward.

In order to achieve the goal of 4 streams of money operating at maximum rates of compounding, we need to learn to enter and exit trades when the signals fall outside the optimal set up. In other words, take a step back (push your chair away from the computer screen if need be) and try to 'see' at what point in the cycle price currently finds itself.

This is a lot like the progression with the ES trading. Start with short length high velocity trades (ES Rockets), then Icebergs to stretch out the length of the trades. After that comes the more advanced modes with experience.

Thanks for giving some needed depth to adding more streams.

Ezzy

If you want to see the power of channels and in particular coming in to the right side, check out CTRN. This mornings gap was a bit more than I was comfortable taking, but I think there is a lesson here.
