Just a reminder for those who may have missed it, we have a three day weekend upon us. The markets close Monday in observance of Columbus Day.

the news on Drudge of a possible nuke test by north korea this weekend changed my thinking on holding over the weekend. sold FTEK just before close for $16.90

my adjusted basis after all adds was 15.55 yielding an 8.6 % profit.

it took a week, but turned out ok.

Are you sure about that? I just got an emial from MB saying markets were open monday, but banks and such were closed, so I checked the NAS market calendar and they don't have Columbus Day listed.

I received the same email from MBT, and it appears (after also checking the NASDAQ web site) that only Banks, The Federal Government and U.S. Postal Service observes Columbus Day. I apologize for the incorrect information earlier.

I sold my position in FTEK today for a 7.11% gain. I had an adjusted basis of $14.97

I decided to sell because the price was at the top of the channel I drew. Clearly too early but I'm still happy with the gain.
