Quote from Spydertrader:

I had the opportunity to watch Jack trade futures this morning via web conferencing.
Were you able to record that? I would love to see it.

Nice day in the office today.

Yesterday evening (I'm in Singapore, EST+12) I put some of the stocks on the dry up list into my primitive live quotes watch list. By 10am EST I asked my wife to take a look at the risers on my short list (having done some homework to determine those most likely to move). She was impressed both by the anticipation and the quantum. I am moving towards "buy-in" from her to take this full time. Thanks to everyone who has contributed positively so far in sharing and developing the method. It clicks for me - AHA!

Did anyone catch the move in BBC (Amex)? Conversely if you stayed out of BBC, what were your reasons?

justyield, I watched BBC as it was just passing lower DU this morning but I decided to stay away because it had gapped open by about 5%. In hindsight it looks like a great trade, and I might have taken it when it passed FRV had I been monitoring at that time.

It sounds like you have a lot of enthusiasm. I hope you enjoy many more "AHA!" experiences as you continue to study these methods.

I bought into CNTF at 13.50, when it was completely obvious that it was going to hit LBDU volume.... it immediate ran up to 13.90... I had a tight stop at 13.60 and damned if I didn't get caught. :)
Oh well...

Nice trades.

Thanks, best thing is they happened while I was asleep! The auto script is working reasonably well and also forces you to stay out of the market (as per the past few days), if there's no signals.

I do not understand this table. I read post 2926 and understand your explanation but some of the column headings as well as the individual cells confuse me.

Column Heading Confusion - What does DU .25 FRV .6 and Peak 1.8 mean?

Individual Cells - All of the cells under the above referenced Column Headings. For example 10:30 DU = .07 and the calculated DU was 100,000 shares then based on this chart
if volume exceeds 100,000 * .07 = 7000 shares before 10:00 it is a DU volume buy signal???

Also While you were in Tuscon did Mr Hershey do any live EQUITY
trading.

thank you!

My dry up for today.

ASPV,BBC,BNT,CKCM,CNTF,CTHR,MIND,NWRE,SFCC

8833broc, the 0.6, 1.8, etc. refer (as I understand it) to the multiple of the 65 day average. So 0.6 is 60% of the 65 day average, 1.8 is 180%, etc.

I'll grant you the table is not the most clear document.

You wouldn't buy at 0.07. What the table is saying is the volume exceeds the GREEN HIGHLIGHTED levels you buy. So, the earliest you would buy is if volume exceed 0.22 (22%) of the 65 day average volume before 11.00am. Again, this is as I understand the table.
I would also emphasise that I am SURE that stochastic must be >80 and MACD > 0 as well.
