Spydertrader's Futures thread

Quote from Rahula:

Furthermore the more you trade intraday, the more impulsive your trading is at risk in becoming - thus jeapordizing your chances of becoming a great fund manager which is what ever trader should aspire to.

You didn't really mean this did you? You were joking right? :D :D

Edit later on: :D :D :D

Quote from bundlemaker:

...Guess what folks, at some point you just have to believe you can do this, regardless of any proof. The funny thing is, the clowns who posted thought I was saying Hershey stuff doesn¡¦t work. Talk about misreadingƒº

... yet I kept winning more than losing, and finished the month net positive. Forget that it was a handful of dollars. I have been trading for 7 or 8 years and NEVER could do this. ..

Something just bloody amazing occurred. Somewhere around week three. I saw the whole sequence play out in about 2 seconds. First, it was like somebody from beyond shook me, then I saw the YM b/o a formation, s/s did it¡¦s thing, DOM wall, dec non-dom vol, well you get the picture. After this happened about another 5 times or so, I recognized it wasn¡¦t an accident. Now, could this have happened without what I¡¦ve learned in the thread thus far? Obviously not. ...
T28, read this and heal thyself. :D

Wrong on both counts, not a single SCT user has shown profits yet and the learning process has been going on since the big bang.. wake up

Why would you flat out lie when you know how easily one can discover the truth?

Quote from tradesamade:

Call a live trade photoshop boy

Just the fact that you are in here during market hours trying to justify and defend it stinks of snake oil

Those that actually make money can smell you a mile away

Justify? Defend? Nah. Busted your ass in a flat out lie. Now everyone can watch you squirm as you try to backpeddle your way out of it. You make it too easy.

Your a clown who doesn't even trade. Like a lap dog yipping at everyone's heels you create noise without substance.

Thanks for the laugh.

Quote from MarkBrown:

Honestly sir you are delusional and you really are doing harm to many impressionable start up traders. You have them hopelessly following the pied piper and it frankly upsets me.

For someone who has made all sorts of claims throughout this web site, I am frankly surprised at your lack of follow through.

1. They aren't my trades. A quick click on the link I provided clearly points out who made those trades, but rather than investigate for yourself, you jumped to your own incorrect conclusions.

2. The link speaks for itself. It doesn't say anything other than these were the trades taken.

3. I linked to one of many people who have posted profitable trades within the thread. Now, if you or anyone else wants to claim these people 'papertraded' or 'photoshopped' their results, fine with me, but your opinion remains no more valid than another. Attempting to masquerade your opinion as fact doesn't pass the laugh test.

4. Get over yourself. I shared and clarified a method posted years before on this web site. Numerous people found the methods helpful and have learned to profit from what I shared. I did this for free, without any agenda or attempt to sell anybody anything. If this 'upsets' you, then grow the hell up.

Quote from MarkBrown:

Wow I am impressed by one thing about you, your apparent insanity and successfulness from eluding capture or committal from your family members and friends if you have any left. I am also impressed with your lack of guilt and remorse for all the ruin laying in your wake. Self serving to say the very least.

Rather than admit your error, you lash out with ad hominem attack. What a wonderful example of the quality of your character. Rather than link to facts backing up your assertions, you continue to masquerade your opinion and innuendo under the guise of an expert. Do you sell something on the internet perhaps? Have you a web site you try to promote? I have neither the time, nor the inclination to research such facts about you, but your behavior reeks of someone with a hidden agenda.

Understand, Your opinion matters little and affects my bottom line none. Get over it. People find value in my posts, or they do not. Life really is that simple. If they do not find value in my posts, that works for me. Many ways to skin a cat, and so too are their many ways to profit from the market's movements.

If any of this 'upsets you' feel free to report me to whatever regulatory agency you feel most appropriate.

In the meantime, I recommend you add me to your ignore list.

Spyder, why do you even bother responding? Who cares about these comments?

It doesn't take much time to find this on his website:

Since 1987 Brown has acted as and independent consultant to various institutional commodity traders and entities on a fee basis. He is a licensed vendor of the Market Profile Indicator for the Chicago Board of Trade. Mr. Brown is also the creator of the published Oddball Systems. His works have been disclosed in books, magazines and various forms of electronic media as well through speaking engagements.
Perhaps he does this for free? Or maybe there is a hidden agenda?

I don't or to put it precisely I don't really care if I ever see his statement or not.
