Is it good news that SPY options now has a multiplier of 1000, 100, and 10? Can it be more favourable instead of SPX? comments please

More favorable in what way. SPX have a better tax treatment and SPY have tighter markets because they are multiple listed. If you taking about commissions, the larger contract of course are better if the markets are the same.

bid and ask spreads on 1000 are very wide

I think that option is a single list right now and not every broker has access or is ready to clear them
