What are the exact trading hours of SPY broken down into a main and composite session and what was the open of today in the main AMEX session?

I'm having a problem getting the main session open since what it is always shown on my screen is the composite session open. Do you know of a fast way to get the main session open?

If I am not mistaken:

RTH : 9:30AM -4:15 PM ET

Starts trading at 4 am on ARCA but probably you can't trade if not subscribed (you used to be able to trade, not anymore thank you ARCA/NYSE and the demutualization of exchanges) at least I can't until it opens at 7 am on other ECN's.

Thanks Kicking. I'm asking because I placed an MOO buy order with my broker and I got a fill at 142.15 when the open shows as 142.08 in times and sales report. I was told the order was routed to Amex and the price is not guaranteed at the open print.
