An indication that individuals are getting a little bored with the sideways silver action. This is the first time PSLV has traded at a discount.

Dollar is bouncing along support - if it breaks, silver could take off under QEV.

Yeah it was at a discount a couple of days ago. Considering where the premium was a year ago, 1.5% is pretty small.
