Not sarcasm...it is happening.
The city needs more of the above so that people can get out all of that anger instead of shooting each other at night.

Wow, when we did the Daytona Spring break ~ 38 years ago all was peaceful. 8 of us drove down in 2 cars loaded with cases of beer and some plant material. I don't remember any problems, oh wait I don't remember much of anything, except for the giant turtle that was walking around with a cigar butt hanging from its mouth.
